Welcome to my professional journey! With seven years of dedicated teaching experience, I am passionately committed to the pursuit of becoming a school building leader. My mission is to contribute to the growth and success of educational communities by fostering an inclusive and communicative culture within schools.
Throughout my teaching career, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of collaboration and effective communication. Recognizing the significance of these elements in creating a thriving learning environment, I aspire to lead as a school building leader with a strong emphasis on open dialogue, transparency, and a culture where every voice is heard and valued. My vision includes implementing regular team meetings as a platform for collective brainstorming and problem-solving. Leveraging technology for efficient communication will bridge gaps and facilitate seamless information exchange. I am committed to promoting a culture of constructive feedback, recognizing its pivotal role in professional growth and continuous improvement. |

As an accomplished educator, Sherrice has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in shaping the learning experience. Serving as a curriculum designer for health education in grades K-4, Sherrice has contributed significantly to the academic development of scholars. Her role as a team leader for specials teachers showcases their collaborative spirit. Sherrice is celebrated for fostering a positive school culture through initiatives like morning affirmation announcements, pep rallies recognizing exemplary behavior and achievements, attendance initiatives, and the organization of engaging events such as field days. Beyond the classroom, Sherrice has spearheaded a community service outreach program and an after-school initiative to further engage scholars. Notably, Sherrice has played a pivotal role in enhancing reading levels, empowering students to read above their grade level and fostering a love for learning.
